Q: Can I return the item if it's defective or damaged?

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you place your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. See our Track Order page.

Q: Do you offer a refund if I'm not satisfied the product?
A: Yes. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see our Refund Policy page. There you will also see more details about our Self-Serve returns.

Who creates your products?
Each item on our site is hand-selected for compatibility with the Paws and Spaces vision — a clean blend of modern home decor and elevated pet living. While we collaborate with production partners for fulfillment, our brand’s creative direction and curation are entirely in-house. Wall art and print-on-demand pieces feature original concepts crafted by our founder.
Are you involved in the product design?
We’re not the manufacturers of most products, but we act as the creative bridge — combining niche aesthetics and showcasing styles that reflect our design philosophy. Our founder is directly involved in select product designs, particularly our wall art, and oversees the visual harmony across every item on the site.
Where do items ship from?
We fulfill products through trusted third-party partners based in the U.S. and for a small handful of products, shipped from abroad. Occasionally orders may ship from different locations depending on the item and your delivery address.
Is this a dropshipping company?
Paws and Spaces is a curation-led brand, not a generic dropship storefront. While we use third-party fulfillment centers to stock many of our products and fulfill shipments, reducing operational waste and space, our selections are anything but off-the-shelf. This model is common among major retailers, including those showcasing independent brands within their ecosystems. But unlike their broad-stroke approach, every item on Paws and Spaces is handpicked to reflect our unique blend of modern home interiors and elevated pet essentials. From creative showcasing to niche pairing, our storytelling is intentionally designed to inspire customers who didn’t know pet furniture could look this good, elevate the look and feel of spaces, coupled with multifunctional designs as many are.,
Will my order arrive in branded packaging?
For some, but not all. Currently, our fulfillment model does not support custom-branded packaging for all of our products, but for a few. Each item still reflects our commitment to tasteful design, functional beauty, and minimalist storytelling. As we grow, we plan to transition into branded inventory and packaging to deepen the customer experience.
What’s your delivery timeline?
A select few products ship directly from one of our international design partners with delivery between 7–14 business days. Like all items in our collection, it’s been handpicked to reflect our elevated approach to pet essentials as part of your intentional design sourcing. These items are always clearly noted near or end of their product description.
